REQUIREMENTS
Shahig Company( Petroleum- Electrical & Industrial Service) in Saudi Arabia
Mechanical Technician(2,500 – 4,500 SAR) –
1. Should have a minimum of 03 to 05 years of hand experience in Diesel generator with rating of 100-1000KW.
2. Should have the knowledge about all kind of engines, alternator’s,
3. Should perform all kind of maintenance for generators, replacement’s and troubleshooting and so on.
4. Also performing schedule and un-scheduled maintenance, repair and overhauling.
5. At least pass technical assessment addressing to job-critical maintenance areas.
6. Ability to read, interpret manuals and drawings.
7. Co-Ordinate with team leader in the group and perform day to days jobs as per the work schedule we receive from the client
8. Preferably candidates with previous gulf experience.
9. Should have decent verbal and written communication skill of English language.
Electrical Technicians-(2,500 - 4,500 SAR)
Should have a minimum of 03 to 05 years of hand experience in Diesel generator with rating of 100-1000KW.
2. Should have the knowledge about all kind of engines , alternator’s , control panel wirings.
3. Should have the ability to perform trouble shooting of all kind of control panels , wirings.
4. Should have the ability to read the control panel drawings and solve the problems accordingly.
5. Should Have Good Knowledge of electrical equipment, tools and accessories.
6. Co-Ordinate with team leader in the group and perform day to days jobs as per the work schedule we receive from the client
7. Should have high school graduate or ITI diploma as Electrical Technician.
8. Preferably candidates with previous gulf experience.
9. Should have decent verbal and written communication skill of English languag
Business Development Expert –Electrical(6,000 – 10,000 SAR)
1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or MBA with 7-10 years of experience in field of developing electrical products and services, in power, petrochemical, oil and gas industry
2. Proven track records for achieving the performance
3. Know the client needs by researching organizations andindividuals, based on the client requirements find a reliable partner that can fulfill the client requirements. Get it approved with the client
4. Preferable canadite with Saudi market experience
5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
6. Strong communication and IT fluency
7. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
8. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
9. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
10. Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
11. Attention to detail
12. Excellent time management and organization

2. Research the companies in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions in the field of electrical products and services.
3. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers service product/ solution.
4. Sells services products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets.
5. Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements. Participates in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
6. Provides a detailed report of risk assessment for each client.
7. Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the service Sales organization.
8. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full services products offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and regular visit.
9. Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Marketing of Value added services to all end users.
10. Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration..
11. Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
