Job Categories & Description -

HVAC ENGINEER (Maintenance) -
• Minimum 08 to 10 Years of Experience.
• Experience in maintenance and trouble-shooting knowledge in Air Cooled Chiller, Water Cooled Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, HVAC Controls and switchers.
• Specialized in trouble shooting & maintenance of precision unit (Stuls, Liberts) & VRV units.
• Having experience in District Cooling Plant maintenance is added an advantage.
MEP ENGINEERS (Maintenance) -
• Experience in Central Air Conditioning / Electrical / plumbing maintenance activities in large facilities / establishments / schools.
• Should able to manage at least 15 to 20 numbers of MEP Technicians manpower.

HVAC SUPERVISORS (Maintenance) –
• 03 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR 02 Years ITI in Mechanical Refrigeration
• Experience in trouble shooting and repair of chill water systems including chillers & package units above 50 tons.
• Minimum 10 Years Experience / Should have at least 3 Years in Oil & Gas Experiance.

HVAC INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN - (Maintenance)
• 03 Years of Technical Education in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation OR 02 Years ITI
• Minimum 05 to 08 Years Experience
• Experience in trouble shooting and repair of HVAC control and Instrument System. Such as Pressure Control Device, Sensor, Transmitter, PLC, BMS, Instrument Logic Diagram and Down BackUp Software.

HVAC TECHNICIAN - (Maintenance)
• 02 OR 03 Years Technical Education In Mechanical.
• Minimum 05 to 08 Years Experience
• Experience in trouble shooting and repair of chill water systems including chillers & package units above 50 tons.

ELECTRICAL LIGHTING TECHNICIAN – (Maintenance)
• 02 OR 03 Years Technical Education In Electrical.
• Minimum 05 to 08 Years Experience
• Should have experience in performance and execution of operations, maintenance, trouble shooting, repair and modification of the assigned lighting systems.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (Maintenance) -
• 02 OR 03 Years Technical Education In Electrical.
• Minimum 05 to 08 Years Experience
• Experience in trouble shooting and repair of HVAC Electrical System and able to read Electrical Drawings.
