Thanima Kuwait Macbeth Drama staged
'Macbeth' drama by Thanima Kuwait was performed in front of thousands. With innovative technology, with the presence of real animals and birds, the Shakespearean drama directed by Babuji Bathery wowed the audience for two days. Director Babuji Bathery informed that the completion of this dream made possible only with three months of hard training, coordination and sincerity by around 40 artists and 40 technicians, making all the limitations of the diaspora a myth.1st day play was inagurated by Kuttanad MLA Thomas K Thomas by lighting the lamp in the presence of KG Abraham (NBTC Partner & Managing Director) , Father Davis Chiramel, KS Varghese (MD Gulf Advance Technology), Souvenir Convener Johnny Kunnel, Nataktanima Convener Jacob Varghese, Director Babuji Bathery and Artist Sujathan Master.
2nd day performance was inaugurated by Mathew Varghese (Thanima Advisory Committee member & BEC Exchange CEO) in presence of SA Labba (AK Modern GM), PNJ Kumar (CEO Caesars Travels), Dr. Ameer Ahmed (IDF Ex-President), Johnny Kunnil ( Souvenir Convener), Jacob Varghese (Drama Convener), Director Babuji Batheri and Artist Sujathan Master, Thanima.
Spectators watched in awe as the character galloped past the audience on a real horse accompanied by a horse. The train that roared through the clouds of smoke, the pet dogs that became the characters, the bird that sat in the arms of the character in the song, and the real sweet lemons and strawberries in the garden all kept their uniqueness in the play.The cast includes Thanima's General Convener Babuji Bathery (Screenplay, Lyrics, Direction), Artist Sujathan (Scenography), Mustafa Ambadi (Music), Pournami Sangeet (Dance Choreography), Udayan Anchal (Background Music), Manoj Mavelikkara (Music Composition), Jayesh Kumar Varkala ( Lighting), Rana Varghese (Lighting Coordination), Baptiste Ambrose (Set Properties Design), Salim T.P. (Stage Set-up), Sangeet Somnath (Costume Design), Jison Joseph (Background Music Control), Mubarak Kambrath & Rahul Raji (Media & Publicity), Varghese Paul (Sound Coodination), Sibi AER Event (Lights Coodination) Jinu K Abraham and Vijesh Velayudhan (Co-Directors), Jacob Varghese (Drama Convener), Raghunathan Nair, Jacob Mathew (Production Controllers), Alex Varghese & Isaac Varghese (PRO), Dominic Antony (Advertising), Reeja Rana, Swapna Joji & Shinu Gino (Dance Team Coordination), Jacob Thomas, Ashraf Churot, Habib Mutichur, Jojimon Thomas, Lijo Kakkanad, Raji John, Shamsuddin Kuku, Vinod Thomas , Tommy Jose handled the venue control.Characters- Kumar Trithala (Macbeth), Tina Teresa Anthony (Lady Macbeth), Shaiju Pallipuram (Banco), Pournami Sangeet (Lady Banco), Binu Kulangara (King Duncan), Gino Mailapra (Malcolm), Jio Thodupuzha (Donalbain) Aji Paravoor ( Macduff), and gave life to the main characters. Dilip Vayalar, Shamon Katammanitta, Benoy Carmela, Jacob Varghese, Baptist Ambrose, Usha Dileep, Freddy Parokaran, Shaji Varghese, Jomon Natakam, Sonny V Paravoor, Ruhail Kodiyeri, Dheeraj Dileep and Jinu K Abraham are various actors appeared as charactors. Kuttithanima members Alina Gino, Alona Joji, Amaya Joji, Adona Rana, Diya Sangeet, Divyasree Vijayakumar, Linda Marie Santhosh, Malavika Vijesh and Nidhi Maria Alex appeared as dancers in the song scenes.
