TEF Kuwait 4th Seminar Exclusively for Women - Empowering Health and Wealth
Tamilnadu Engineering Forum (TEF), Kuwait successfully organized its 4th Seminar on June 7, 2023. The exclusive event for women held at Bollywood Life Restaurant in Ajial Mall, Fahaheel, focused on the themes of "Family's Wealth" and "Challenges in Leading a Healthy Life". The event was Sponsored by M/s. Ramooz Al Qimmah, the seminar aimed to emphasize and empower TEF women community with knowledge and strategies to improve their overall well-being.
The seminar began with an opening note by Engr. Mythili Rajendrakannan, who warmly welcomed the gathering on behalf of TEF 2023. She emphasized the importance of managing both health and wealth and how they intertwine to provide a better quality of life. TEF ensured the maintenance of professional standards by prioritizing safety, sharing a safety moment with the audience. The event commenced with the rendition of "Tamil Thai Vazhthu," followed by the sharing of two verses from the revered book, Thirukkural. These verses emphasized the significance of maintaining proper digestion and highlighted the transformative role of wealth in individuals' lives.
The first session of the seminar was presented by Mr. Sudhakar Nibhanupudi, an experienced banking professional, who spoke on the topic of "Family's Wealth - Ways to Stay Financially Healthy." Mr. Nibhanupudi shared his expertise in personal financial management and offered insights into simple banking products. He made the session lively by sharing his life experience that made audience to relate.
Dr. Sobha Rajendran, a respected medical professional specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, took the stage for the second session, focusing on the "Challenges of Leading a Healthy Life." She compared today’s challenges against age old days in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She shared valuable modifications in food, exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
A Question and Answer session followed both presentations, allowed attendees to seek further clarification.
Mr. Sudhakar Nibhanupudi was felicitated with a memento by the TEF committee members Joint Secretary Engr. Logachandran, Engr. Vidhyasagar and Engr. Karthikeyan. Dr. Sobha Rajendran was honored by Mrs. Mahalakshmi Raja and Mrs. Rajalakshmi Rajan for her valuable insights.
