TEF Kuwait Conducted “Meditation & Art (Modern Mandala Art) Class on 15th September 2024
Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF), Kuwait Conducted (19th Event of 2024) “Meditation & Art (Modern Mandala Art) Class on 15th September 2024 for TEF Kids (6th Standard & above) & Female Adults.
“Heartfulness Relaxation with Meditation” session was conducted by Mrs. LATHA CHAKRAVARTHI, Certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer (TEF Family Member). Meditation was conducted for 45 minutes to give proper relaxation to the participants.
Relaxation with Meditative Art -- “Modern Mandala Art (Ornate Mandala)” workshop was conducted by Mrs. BHAVANI KASI VISVANATHAN, Trainer-Modern Mandala Art (TEF Family Member)
Participants enjoyed the meditation & art workshop and found very useful. Mandala art is aesthetically pleasing geometric art made of repetitive patterns that go around in a circle. Participants experienced the calming effect of meditative art form and learnt more about modern mandala art. In modern age, mandala art is used in yoga for meditative purposes. Drawing the Mandala is also considered therapeutic.
Event started with Thamil Thai Vaazhthu. Mrs. Amutha Subramanian welcomed the participants & trainers to the workshop. Mrs. Malathi Kalaiarasn shared the safety moment on home safety and Mrs. Judy Arun Golden shared the kural from Thirukkural, the holy book of Tamilians. Mrs. Deepa Kapil shared the vote of thanks. TEF Kids Shrivardhini Kalaiarasan & Debjani Kapil did the anchoring in an astounding manner. Around 100 participants were benefitted through the workshop.
