TEF Kuwait conducted 3rd Technical Seminar & the Curtain Raiser for the 17th TICE and 10th EEA on 18th May 2026

The Tamilnadu Engineer Forum – Kuwait (TEF Kuwait) successfully conducted 3rd Technical Seminar and the Curtain Raiser for the forthcoming 17th Technological Innovations Conference & Exposition (TICE) and 10th Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) on 18th May 2026 at Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall, Kuwait. The event served as a precursor to the highly anticipated 17th Technological Innovations Conference & Exposition (TICE) and 10th Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA), scheduled to be held on 15th October 2026 at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, Kuwait.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. RajendraKannan, President TEF Kuwait stated that TICE organized by TEF has become one of the premier events in Kuwait, bringing together global pioneers and innovators to showcase cutting-edge technologies while creating a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. He further encouraged engineers, professionals, and technology enthusiasts to actively participate in the upcoming 17th TICE and make full use of the opportunity to learn, connect, and innovate together.

In his address, Mr.Agnel Stanley, General Secretary TEF Kuwait highlighted the remarkable journey of TEF– Kuwait and reflected on the successful evolution of both TICE and EEA over the years, emphasizing their role in promoting technological advancement, engineering excellence, and professional collaboration within the community.

The event was elegantly anchored by Mr. Suresh Anand and Ms. Mythili, who guided the sessions seamlessly.

The first session of the Technical Seminar, titled "Engineering Excellence: SchuF’s Customised valve solutions" was conducted by Mr. Abdul Gomaz, Managing Director of SchuF ME and Mr. Vignesh Vijayasankar, Sales Manager – SchuF ME. The session highlighted advanced customised valve technologies, industrial applications, and innovative engineering solutions for the process industries.

The Curtain Raiser event was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. Omar Ahmad Al-Molhem, Manager HSE – KNPC & A/Manager HSE – KIPIC, who appreciated TEF Kuwait’s continuous efforts in promoting technical knowledge sharing and professional development among engineers in Kuwait.

The event also featured keynote addresses and special speeches by distinguished guests including Mr. Christopher Buck, KBR – Manager Projects, Dr. Abdulhadi Al-Huwailah, Team Leader – Production Operations (WK), KOC, Mr. Sabah Al-Shammari, Executive Director – Golden Palm Petroleum Services, Mr. Jasem Al-Nouri, Deputy Managing Director – Sales & Marketing, Nouri Industrial Est. Co., and Mr. Nasser B Al-Hajri, Team Leader – Associated Gas Operations (N&W), KOC.

During the Curtain Raiser ceremony, TEF Kuwait officially introduced the upcoming 17th TICE & 10th EEA, highlighting the forum’s vision towards encouraging innovation, engineering excellence, industrial collaboration, and sustainable technological growth. During the seminar, the official logos for the flagship events TICE and EEA were also unveiled.

The second session of the Technical Seminar, titled ‘Data Driven Journey with Cordant Asset Health’  was conducted by Mr. Walid El-Said, Senior Sales Manager – Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions. The session hightlighted advanced digital solutions, asset performance optimization and data-driven approaches that support operational reliability and efficiency in the energy and industrial sectors.

The event concluded with networking interactions, appreciation of sponsors and patrons, and a dinner gathering that provided an excellent opportunity for participants to connect and exchange professional experiences.
