IMA Kuwait Successfully Conducts AI Training Workshop
Indian Muslim Association (IMA), under the patronage of Ministry of Islamic Affairs (Foreign Relations Department), Kuwait, through its Human Resources Development Department (HRD), successfully conducted an AI Training Workshop on Friday, 14 August 2026 at Masjid Al Kabir, Kuwait
🎯 Theme
“Master AI for Productivity, Media & Islamic Knowledge”
The workshop provided participants with a practical and balanced understanding of Artificial Intelligence through four key sessions:
🔹 AI, Ethics & Society
Mr Mohammed Umar Falahi – President, IMA Kuwait
Exploring AI from an Islamic ethical perspective, including human dignity, privacy, accountability, and social responsibility.
🔹 AI for Productivity & Work Efficiency
Mr Waleed Umari – General Secretary, IMA Kuwait
Practical applications of Generative AI, prompt engineering, research, writing, planning, summarization, and workplace productivity.
🔹 AI in Media & Content Creation
Mr. Jafar Sadik – Ex General Secretary, IMA Kuwait
Exploring AI tools for graphics, presentations, videos, audio, social media, and digital communication.
🔹 Islamic Knowledge & AI
Mr. Saleh – NAF President
Understanding the role of AI in Qur’an, Hadith and Fiqh research, with emphasis on verification, authentic sources, and the guidance of qualified Ulama.
🌱 Key Message
The workshop emphasized that AI should be used as a powerful supportive tool—not as a replacement for human responsibility, creativity, or authentic Islamic scholarship.
The program encouraged participants to Learn • Apply • Create • Explore • Empower through the responsible and ethical use of emerging technologies.
