 A combination of cycling and yoga burns calories and is not too stressful on the joints.

Madhuri Ruia, owner and a Pilates expert at Integym, Mumbai explains, “With CY-YO, you start with yoga stretches for 10 minutes that warm the spine, joints and muscles in the legs and arms.

Impact-free cycling for 40 minutes improves the heart rate. Then back to some soothing yoga stretches for 10 minutes to stretch the muscles and bring them back to their original resting position and the heart rate to normal.”
