Study after study shows that relaxation by meditation helps reduce stress, improve emotional outlook and provide balance for individuals whether in Corporates or in Schools with Teachers & Students. Approximately one-fourth of all major US corporations now deliver some version of stress reduction program with meditation as a key component. And, with work related stress, depression and anxiety accounting for nearly 40% of all work related illnesses, the time may be right to practice a holistic program of relaxation method like meditation for all.

 

Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation is a simple, practical way to learn to relax and discover the unlimited resources of the heart.  Through the workshops, participants develop calmness from within leading to better concentration, inner balance and true wellness of being.

SESSIONS CONDUCTED WITH COMMUNITY IN KUWAIT

 

In line with this thought, the Heartfulness Team in Kuwait have conducted various Heartfulness Sessions with Indian Central School Abbassiya, Bilingual schools, American Society of Safety Engineers along with Raja Company, Companies like KOC, S, K Engineering, Erickson, Indian Embassy, Local Community support groups, like Diabetic Support Group in Salmiya, Life Again Foundation and many other community groups to name a few.

The above sessions conducted outline a need for Relaxed and stress free life in all walks of life from Schools to students, corporates and for individual wellbeing.

 

This method can be practiced by the participants at their own homes or collectively in group’s part of trained personnel Guided Meditation sessions after the initial 3 day introductory one hour sessions. Individual sessions posts the introductory ones are also conducted.
