There was a time when there were no hospitals, no doctors, no medical practitioners, no courses on medical history, no medical colleges, hell no colleges or institutional building , a bunch of them (Nowadays known as a university) for that matter. The main problem here was not only the lack of technology but the whole communication itself. And on a planet where there is an apprehensible approach to everything which stems from instinct and produces a food pyramid in which there is no difference between man and animal, it is really a marvel to see Humans evolving so much so that they can peek inside each other (Pun not intended, Technology is intoxicating).
