An able administrator and an educationist par excellence, Mr. Sanjay Yadav has created a 'Sense of Purpose' at the very inceptionof Salmiya Indian Model School.

Mr. Yadav has contributed immensely to the proliferation and development of education in a career, spanning about 22 years. Besides contributing extensively to the growth of academics, Mr. Yadav has infused life into the multifarious events unfolding in Schools of National and International repute like Delhi Public School in India and Kuwait (more than 11 years in Kuwait itself), St. Columba’s School, New Delhi, The Mother’s International School, New Delhi, Also to his credit is his stellar role in instilling values in the students.

Mr. Yadav has joined SIMS as founder Principal. The youthful zest, endeavor and commitment of our Principal is a force in itself to push the fledgling from its nest, allowing it to take flight. Before joining SIMS, he had been working as the Vice Principal, Delhi Public School (FAIPS), Kuwait.

A Post Graduate in Physics (Electronics), Mr. Yadav holds a P. G. Diploma in Space Sciences and their applications, a course with high specializations conducted by Space Applications Center (Indian Space Research Organization) and Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), Ahmedabad.

Meritorious, meticulous and sincere, Mr. Sanjay Yadav has a flair for managing umpteen responsibilities with élan and poise. He has been actively involved in the development of subject matter with NCERT, exhibitions and model making, implementing CCE examination procedures. He had been involved in training and conducting workshops for Science and Mathematics teachers on a regular basis.

His students have performed exceedingly well in AISSC Examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi, Gulf Physics Olympiad and various other internal and external examinations. Students guided by Mr. Yadav have participated and won laurels in National Level Jawahar Lal Nehru Science Exhibition, organized by CBSE, Shaastrotsav organized by NSS College Alumni in Kuwait.

Under the able guidance of Mr. Sanjay Yadav, the students have won SANKALP YOUNG SCIENTIST NATIONAL AWARD in the inter-school Science Project competitions organized by SANKALP in New Delhi.

Mr. Yadav’s guidance and recommendations have been crucial in proud placements of his students in world renowned institutes like Harvard, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), California Institute of Technology (CalTech), University of Pennsylvania and other Ivy League Colleges in US as well as in UK, Canada and Australia.

In an attempt to popularize Science, he has written various articles. Recently in the News Letter of Educational Initiatives, his articles on topics like Science and Society, The Scientific Temper and Science – Its contribution to Literature, were included and the same was released worldwide in December 2011.

A paragon of discipline and dedication, Mr. Sanjay Yadav firmly believes in leading by example. His astute insight, academic orientation, vision and inspiring leadership will imbue learners with the passion and zest to aim for the best.
