Mr.M.Rajamani , a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, working as Senior Manager, Reinsurance Department of Warba Insurance Company, one of the leading National Insurance companies of Kuwait for the past 22 years.
 
He belongs to a small village called Peikkurumbankottai near  Thanjavur to the late parents Muthusamy, illiterate father and Amirthammal illiterate mother who were doing agriculture till their death and he is having a younger farmer Brother and a younger sister, both are settled in his native village.
 
With the meager income from agriculture, his mother motivated him to go to elementary school in the same village, high school to nearby village and then to intermediate college at Poondi, near Thanjavur. During his school days he had to finish the work in the agriculture field for supporting his father in the early morning and then rush to the high school by walk to nearby village. He narrates further that he had to run back home for taking lunch and return to the school of nearby village during interval time and on some days there were no food. He is remembering his late mother who borrowed money with high interest and his uncle who helped for his studies.
 
Though his ambition was to become an engineer, he could not get the seat due to 1% less mark. He Graduated in Bsc; Mathematics in Sri Pushpam College, Poondi, Thanjavur District. The Government scholarship greatly helped him to become a science graduate in addition to the parents help. 
 
During the study period in college, he come across a good friend of commerce advised him to go for Chartered Accountant(C A) course as it was recognized as a professional course in accounting practice and it was an opportunity for any graduate at that time. Though the basics required for CA are accountancy and commerce, he attempted to become CA as a challenge in a situation where his family was suffering for lively good.
 
After articles period with an auditor at Thanjavur, he migrated to Chennai for doing the final CA. As there was no possibility of getting money from parents, he went to a shop for doing part-time accounts at Chennai which enabled him to stay in the city for finishing CA. It should be noted that nobody was doing the CA course in and around 12 villages of his village when people respected only the course of Doctor or Engineer at that time. He proudly tells that nobody passed the CA course even now from these villages.  Now people are realizing that CA is the toughest course in India which can be achieved only by hard work and with less expensive.   After so many attempts in exam, he got the CA diploma from the ICAI only by his self and combined studies with his friends.
 
Though his ambition was to practice in accountancy, the family condition led his career started in TIDCO as accountant after completing his CA Inter, in 1982 and become the Senior Accounts Officer after completing CA Final. He served TIDCO for about 11 years and got experience in the field of Financial Appraisal of Projects, Management Accounting and Audit Finalization.  
 
Even before passing his CA, he got married with Mrs. Vaijayanthimala of Perugavalanthan, Nagai District. His wife’s parents blessed with three sons and two daughters. All are well settled.
 
He narrates that the managing capacity of his wife greatly helped him to spend the earnings in constructing houses and giving good education to children. She had to move to India after the school studies of her daughter to help for their higher education. She has the helping nature to the needy and taught Tamil language to the children of NRI Tamilians in Kuwait.
 
He blessed with one daughter  Anusha and a son  Dr. Anand. His ambition to give good education to children fulfilled by educating his daughter to become Computer Engineer, working as senior software Engineer in HCL Technology company, Chennai and Son to become as a Doctor in MD Radiology of Sri Ramachandra Medical University, Chennai, working in Apollo Hospital, Chennai.  
 
His son-in-law, a computer Engineer and MBA belongs to a well-educated family leading his own business of Kaya Creative Software solutions.  Rajamani’s grand-son master Kaya Vijey is studying in 2nd standard in one of the top schools in Chennai, Bhavan Vidyalaya.   
 
The basic guidance given at Kuwait made his son Anand to achieve high distinction score in 12th standard. Though his son scored highest in mathematics at Plus two, he left to the choice of his son to study MBBS instead of BE and specialized in MD Radiology which led him immediate placement at Apollo Hospital, Chennai and working as MD Radio Diogonist. His daughter-in-law Dr.Ambigai is also an MD Dermatology of Chettinad Medical University, Chennai, belongs to well settled family background. 
 
He narrates that sitting along with children during school days would enable the parents to find out their field of interest and plan accordingly for their higher education which will also reduce the cost of spending on tuitions.  
 
The former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr. M.Karunanidhi and Former State Minister of Finance, Government of India Mr. S.S. Palanimanicham and many more friends & relatives have attended the marriage function of his Son Dr. Anand and Daughter-in-law Dr. Ambigai and blessed the newly married couple.
 
He wishes to thank his friend CA Mr. G. Rajasekar, AGM (retired) of Warba Insurance Company, Kuwait for his help appointing him as Financial Analyst and reached the position as Senior Manager, at Warba Insurance Company of Kuwait for the past 22 years. He narrates that the new job in Kuwait made him to study the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India in order to have specialization in the field of Insurance and Reinsurance.
 
His experience was best utilized for protecting innumerable risk accepted by Warba by way of Reinsurance placement, reinsurance accounting and financial analysis reports to management. Here, he says that there is no bar in age limit for achieving higher education or achievement.
 
He proudly tells that his earnings in Kuwait helped him to give good education to  his children, in addition to educational help to brother’s and sister’s children and to construct houses to the parents, whom were lived in huts.
 
His future plan is to spend time on professional services and social activities.

·        Keep your body fit to avoid sickness.
 
·      Impart your knowledge to people around you and make them to become more knowledgeable than you.
 
·        Help people after learning their real needs.
 
·     Try to stand on your own leg. Avoid depending on others for financial support as it will lead you to lazy.
 
·      Bring out creative thinking useful to humanity and ask yourself what you did to the society.
 
·         Accept change is the permanent thing in the World.
 
·         Pray to the nature almighty for giving us everything.
 
·    Think beyond religion and caste, it will propagate love with everybody.
