In a recent update, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) has communicated new guidelines to the Ministry of Education regarding the appointment of expatriate teachers, specifically targeting disciplines where local talent is scarce.

As per the revised regulations, expatriate teachers must hold a certification level classified as "very good," coupled with meeting the minimum academic requirements. It is essential that any academic qualifications acquired outside Kuwait be officially documented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait.
