ICSK AMMAN JOINS HANDS TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE

“There is no way to Peace ..  Peace is the way”

The Indian Community School Kuwait  - Amman celebrated International day of  Peace on 20^th September 2017 with a strong pledge that ‘We will do our part to create peace for one and all’, in a special assembly organized by the primary wing.

Children reminded the school that Peace begins with a smile and made the audience wonder if a single smile can lit up a room, what a world of smiles can do! Children recapped that Peace starts with ourselves and we are bound to keep everyone around us happy. A beautiful dance with lit candles, depicting the theme was presented by students of class II C. Principal Mr. Rajesh Nair in his address highlighted that the need of the day is nothing but establishing World Peace. He exhorted the students to create a peaceful atmosphere around them in school as well as at home which will be later spread everywhere.

The programme clearly portrayedthe theme for 2017 “Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All”
