CHILDREN’S DAY ASSEMBLY REPORT

ICSK Junior celebrated Children’s Day on 14^th November to commemorate the birth anniversary of first Indian prime minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru.  All teachers participated in the assembly to show their love and affection towards the students.  On this fun filled happy occasion it was delightful to see the children happy in their colourful attire. It was a feast for them to watch their mentors playing the role as children on the stage in the form of short skits. A comical mono act was performed to entertain the little ones.

 The assembly started with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran which was followed by the school prayer. This was followed by an inspirational thought. A melodious medley of different tracks and a wonderful dance were performed by the teachers.

Students welcomed Chacha Nehru with roses who were none other than their adorable teachers who attired themselves to surprise the little ones. 

Principal, Mrs. Sherly Dennis accompanied by the Vice Principal addressed the assembly and quoted the importance of the day.
