GREEN WALL AMBIENCE CREATED AT IISM

To create an aura of greenery, to inculcate in the minds of young students the importance of growing plants particularly kitchen garden awareness, green wall project was undertaken by the teachers and students of India International School Mangaf under the auspices of Vice Principal, Mrs. Sophy John. 

The novel ideas of growing plants, the concept of re-use particularly the usage of best out of waste.  Students had a gardening session that was embedded into the co-curricular activity which captured the interest, curiosity and physical activity.  The ideology behind this enterprise was to create awareness of kitchen garden, environmental challenges as well as teamwork.

Green wall activity created alluring environment with impressive appearance.  Students are greeted by a green lush environment which created the “Wow factor”.

The School Director Mr. Malayil Moosa Koya and Principal Mr. F. M. Basheer Ahmed appreciated the efforts taken by the Vice-Principal, teachers and students.
