ICSK, Khaitan Celebrated Christmas and New Year on 24th and 31st December respectively by organizing Special Assemblies in the school auditorium.

The Stage was decorated with a festive look with posters and drawings made by the students. Programs started with a minute of silence followed by recitation of Holy Quran and thought for the day. There was a small cultural program where students dressed in red and white Christmas attires performed dance on the stage, sang Christmas Carols and New Year songs which were completely hypnotic and enchanting. The children were told about the birth of Lord Jesus and the legend of Santa Claus.
In his address the Principal Mr. Gangadhar Shirsath appreciated the effort taken by students and staff to organize the assemblies with great standard. Quoting Jesus Christ, he emphasized the message of universal brotherhood, peace & harmony. He requested all the students realize the value of thankfulness & gratitude for bounties of God and to make some New Year resolutions to have a great year ahead!
The boundless joy of celebration was amply visible on the faces of the children especially when the whole show got over in the ear pleasing echoes of –‘We wish you a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year’.
