A Memorable Trip to Italy

Italy Presented our FAIPS students with an abundance of artistic, historical and geographical educational trip to inspire them. From the glories of ancient Rome to the splendor of the Renaissance in Florence, to the watery majesty of Venice, there was something interesting for each one of our students. As they landed in Rome, they were off to the Time Elevator which engrossed the students with a 4D simulation of the ancient Roman times, making the experience more convivial. The following morning, they were mesmerized by the visuals of the Trevi fountain, Navona square, Pantheon and Spanish steps and the magnificent Colosseum which allowed the students to envisage the gladiators and animals awaiting their destiny before battle.

Then, our young adventurers proceeded to the holy city of Vatican, where they visited the fourth largest church in the world, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel which exhibited the masterpieces of Prodigy, Michelangelo. After a long journey by road, they reached Florence and took a stroll around the city square and witnessed the beautiful night life of Florence. The next day, they visited one of the wonders of the world, the leaning tower of Pisa. Finally, they moved to the beautiful city of Venice, a strikingly fascinating city. Crossing the Rialto Bridge right over the Grand Canal, our students were able to stop and listen, and the only sounds that they heard are their footsteps, the quiet whispers of their voices, or the hum of the motor boats that were whisking through the water below. Our students had a wonderful time and returned to Kuwait with fond memories and souvenirs of this beautiful country. They had tasted of Italian cuisine and appreciated the Italian culture
