Fruit Salad Day at Salmiya Indian Model School
Last week saw the tiny tots of SIMS Kindergarten celebrate Fruit Salad Day. They were treated to fresh Mangoes, Apples, Bananas and Strawberries to name a few. The kids were all geared up for the day with their colorful fruity headbands and funny fruit faces on popsicle sticks. The day saw much excitement and a lot of enthusiastic kids brought fruits from home too. The school had arranged Pineapples, Grapes, Pomegranates, Oranges and many more fruits for the occasion. The teachers prepared the yummy fruit salad for the kids and enjoyed the day themselves too. It was a wonderful and fun filled way to reinforce good and healthy eating habits amongst young kids.
