Diwali Celebration Assembly held in ICSK Junior
Diwali "Festivals of Lights" is one of the most significant festivals in India. It is celebrated across the length and breadth of the nation with much enthusiasm.
The students of ICSK Junior immaculately celebrated a special assembly on Diwali. Students gave out many performances which included an informative speech and an enlightening poem and songs that ignited the spark of the festival 'Diwali'. The footsteps of the dancers’ transferred the diverse manifestation of the festival. The skits performed on the occasion had a reference from the great epic “Ramayan” and envisioned with an eco-friendly festival which is believed to be the need of the day.
Principal, Mrs. Sherly Dennis addressed the assembly and stressed on the importance of an eco-friendly Diwali. She also advised the students to be the light of the world with good deeds and thoughts. Vice-Principal Mrs. Sheeja C appreciated the participants and teachers-in-charges for the assembly.
