FAIPS (DPS) Concludes Silver Jubilee Celebrations with Gusto
FAIPS (DPS) CONCLUDES SILVER JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS WITH GUSTO
On Thursday, 10th September, 2020, FAIPS(DPS) hosted its 26th Founders Day Programme online on Microsoft Teams platform. It was a great moment to reminisce and recollect the fond memories of the school since its establishment in 1995. The CEO of Al Rayan Holding Company, Ms. Lana Al-Ayyar, and the CFO, Mr. Arun Choudhary, were the chief guests of the program.
Anchored by Miss Arathi Sasidharan and Miss Sanjna Ravindranth the programme began with the Tahe- Al-Kuwait by Master Ansh Shah followed by the Kuwait National Anthem. It was then followed by the Quran Recitation by Miss Lina Naufal and its translation by Master Aariz Ahmed. The beautiful voices of Miss Sanjna Ravindranath, Miss Palneeka Jubbel and Miss Rudrakshi Goswami as they sang a harmonic and melodic welcome song mesmerized the entire audience. To invoke God’s blessings, the Vice Principal, Ms. Vineeta Munshi was invited to say the prayer.
The event was then witnessed a display of the best moments of FAIPS DPS in the years from 1995 to 2020, portraying the journey from Kindergarten to High School. The slideshow was a real kaleidoscope of memories of last 25 years. The slides displayed incredible moments of FAIPS in all areas- from co-curricular activities like sports, exhibitions, events and activities to academics and recent achievements of the students in class X and XII CBSE Board Examination, 2020.
Reiterating importance of time, the chief guest of the day, Mr. Arun Choudhary advised the students to spend time wisely and to evolve in to successful and happy human beings. The Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli requested the faculty members and parents to inspire the students so that they become excellent professionals in the fields of their passion. He also attributed the growth and reputation of FAIPS to the strong bond between al Rayan Holding Company and the DPS Society, since 1995.
With Master Aariz Ahmed proposing the vote of thanks to all those behind the scenes, who worked tirelessly to make this event a great success. Although the current unprecedented situation had prevented schools from opening, the students and the school showed their resilience by creating a beautiful show online. This was all possible due to the hard work by the teachers and the technical support team who were able to organize this occasion in such a limited amount of time. The programme came to an end with the school song followed by the Indian National Anthem.
