Bhavans IES Bagged Prizes in the International Erudit 2020

Not resting on their considerable accomplishments and laudable laurels, the Bhavanites with a sense of renewed vim and vigor keep on taking up new challenges confidently despite the adverse and unfavorable circumstances. Their active participation in the International Erudit 2020, an online inter-school literary fest held by Allenhouse Public School, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, to test the mental caliber of students and to motivate them to be exemplary human beings who contribute to the advancement of civilization reflecting upon their involvement towards the conservation of nature, exemplified the aforementioned quality of the Bhavanites of Indian Educational School, Kuwait.  

A strong team of 12 students represented IES in a total of 9 events in the International Erudit 2020. The competitions were held on three consecutive days starting from the 8th of September, 2020. 

Fida Ancy of 8B won the First Prize in Budding Stringer (Newspaper Creation) in the category of grades 8 to 10, and Justin Ignatius Mascarenhas of 12D and Malavika Krishna of 12B won the Second Prizes in Mixed Medium Mural (Wall Painting) and Litera Quiz respectively in the category of  grades 11 and 12.  

The management and the staff extolled the winners for demonstrating their astounding literary acumen that had helped the school win international fame. Ms. Pushpaja M.P. and Mr. E.P. Prasad, the Subject Coordinators of the Department of English and school coordinators of the event and the teachers of the department who were in charge of the events were also appreciated by the management for guiding the students under their care in actively participating in the event that received international acclaim.
