ICSK AMMAN GEARS UP FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR 2021 -2022
The Indian Community School, Amman Branch commenced the new academic year for classes KG to Class IX on 5th April 2021. The children resumed their classes after successfully completing their academic year 2020-2021 and enjoying the well-deserved break.
Year 2021-22 also started on the virtual platform in tune with the present times. But the spirits were kept high and the day made memorable to be cherished forever.
Beautiful welcome assemblies were held by students right from KG to Class IX with LKG having the orientation assembly on 7th April. The new children and parents were extended a warm welcome. The Vice Principal delivered the welcome address and the Principal explained the rules and answered the queries of the parents.
All the classes followed the prescribed format of the assembly by beginning with the invocation to God, paying respect through the National Anthems to the country we live in and our motherland, owing allegiance to our motherland through the pledge, expressing motivational and inspirational thoughts and enlightening everyone with the news from around the world.
The students from each class expressed their talents and entertained everyone through a variety of songs, dances, thought provoking speeches and power point presentations about the rules to be followed for the online classes. The positive aura evoked by the students is going to be etched in our memory forever.
The icing on the cake was the energetic, motivating, and inspiring words of wisdom by the Principal Mr. Rajesh Nair and Vice Principal Dr. Mary Isaac
