Bhavans Smart Indian school, Kuwait was fortunate to have Mr. Michael Gamerl a native of California and a noted US College Admissions and Test Prep Expert in the past 25 years, to address students of grades 10 -12 of CBSE & IGCSE on the 15th October 2024, on Digital SAT.

In his session, Mr. Michael provided a comprehensive overview of the various career paths, emphasizing the importance of aligning personal interests with the colleges present in the US. He discussed the practical strategies for admissions and how to balance both academics and extracurricular activities at school level. He emphasized the pre-requisitions namely achieving a good grade in higher secondary along with active involvement in extra-curricular activities that would facilitate easy entry into one’s dream college.

Next Mr. Michael made it clear the significance of the ‘Scholastic Aptitude Test’ (SAT) as an essential requirement for admissions into colleges and universities all over the United States with more details on the typical components for the US applications and timeline. He also touched upon the procedure to prepare a good student profile to be used at the time of application with importance on presentation skills.
