In an impressive demonstration of linguistic brilliance and competitive spirit, Smart Indian School Cambridge, Kuwait, clinched the Second Position at the International Interschool Online Word Buster Competition 2025, a high-stakes language quiz testing multiple aspects of the English language, held on Saturday, 1 November 2025.
Organised by Private International English School (PIES), Abu Dhabi, the event brought together eight Bhavans’ schools from across the Middle East in a thrilling battle of words and wits. Participants faced intense rounds with only 20 seconds per question and a single chance to score, pushing both speed and accuracy to the forefront.
Representing Smart Indian School Cambridge, Kuwait, were Muhammad Fawaz (Grade 6), Soha Bolach (Grade 7), and Crysta Cherian (Grade 8). The talented trio narrowly missed the top spot, finishing just behind Indian Educational School, Kuwait, with a commendable 25 points, well ahead of PIES, Abu Dhabi, which secured Third Place.
The School Management and Senior Leadership Team extended their heartfelt congratulations to the students and the Department of English, praising their dedication, preparation, and collaborative effort that led to this remarkable achievement.
