The ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, accompanied by the Principal, was followed by a unique and captivating inauguration. With the press of a button by the Chief Guest, a creatively designed model of a man spinning a wheel sprang into motion, symbolically unveiling Gyanotsav 2026 and setting the celebrations in motion. The imaginative presentation beautifully echoed the spirit of the occasion, where knowledge, creativity and innovation came together.
Welcoming the dignitaries, Dr. V. Binumon spoke about the vision behind Gyanotsav and its role in nurturing scientific curiosity, independent thinking and innovation among students. The exhibition showcased nearly 2,500 exhibits, offering visitors an engaging journey across a wide range of disciplines. Science and Technology, Mathematics and Logical Thinking, Fashion, Health, Arts and Culture, Humanities and Languages, Life Skills and Global Perspectives were among the areas brought to life through innovative models, creative displays, interactive presentations and live demonstrations. Every exhibit offered a glimpse into the students' thought processes, research and ability to turn classroom concepts into practical experiences.
