ICSK JUNIOR CONDUCTS HINDI DIWAS SPECIAL ASSEMBLY

On Monday 18.01.2016, students of class I, II and III of ICSK Junior Branch celebrated Hindi Diwas with immense enthusiasm.

The outstanding feature of the assembly was it was conducted in Hindi from the start to the finish. The display boards in the portals of the school echoed the theme of ‘Hindi Diwas’. The speech in Hindi infused and instilled the spirit of patriotism and nationalism for our motherland. Stressing India’s respect for the national language, the school choir rendered a melodious song ‘Hindi Bhasha Rashtra Ki Bhasha’. A student presented a memoir ‘Meri Bhavana’ with confidence and clarity. Large number of students with placards delivered tribute to ‘Matrabasha’ which is an integral part of their course study.  To add color to the assembly little children presented a graceful dance to foot tapping music.

Vice-Principal Mrs. Murthy, in her address in Hindi, told children that in this modern world, while it is important to move with times, it is equally important to remember our roots and to be proud of our National Language.

Also, on this day, winners of CCA competitions conducted in the month of January 2016 were awarded merit certificates.
