Breakfast Egg Recipe: Spinach and Mushroom Omelette



Ingredients:

    1 1/2 tsps of olive oil
    1 full egg and 1 egg white
    Chopped garlic and ginger
    ¼ cup of finely chopped spinach leaves
    ¼ cup of boiled cut mushrooms
    1 tbsp of grated cheese,
    Finely chopped onions
    Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Beat the eggs in a bowl. In a pan add ½ tsp of oil, add ginger, garlic and onions to it and saute until golden brown, toss the finely chopped spinach and boiled mushrooms in it. Cook for a minute, now mix these ingredients to the beaten eggs and add cheese, mix well. Add salt and pepper as per your taste. Then put 1 tsp of olive oil and add all the ingredients into the pan. Cook the egg well. Serve hot.
