Paneer cubes: 500 grams
Grinded Ginger: 1 inch
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Chopped Fresh coriander leaves: 1 cup
Green chillies: 2
Cherry tomatoesa few(Optional)
Sliced Onions
Sliced Lemon few
Sliced Red capsicum
Yogurt: 2 tbsp
Refined or olive oil: 5 tbsp
Coriander seeds: 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds:1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method to cook Dhaniya Paneer Kababs
Start preparing this exquisite dish by grinding ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fresh coriander leaves and green chillies together. Add some water to make a fine paste.
Pour the paste into a big bowl and add juice of one lemon and salt in it. Add hung yogurt in the paste and mix well. Now add 2 tbsp refined or olive oil and mix well.
Now marinate the paneer cubes by adding the same into the paste and keeping it aside for 15 minutes.
Till the time it gets marinated add refined or olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat it on low flame. String paneer cubes, onion slices and tomatoes slices alternatively on skewers and place them in the pan.
Cook and rotate the skewers from time to time, till it gets evenly cooked. Serve hot garnished with lemon slice, coriander leaves and thin strips of red capsicum.
