Melon and Papaya Tango
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups papaya, peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes
3/4 cup muskmelon (kharbooja) peeled and cut into cubes
1/4 cup crushed ice
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method
1. Combine the papaya, muskmelon, lemon juice, crushed ice and 1/4 cup of water in a mixer and blend until the juice is smooth.
2. Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 individual glasses and serve chilled.
