Healthy Cassava Soup
Ingredients
• Cassava peeled and cut into small pieces
• Coconut oil 1 tsp
• Onion 1
• Garlic 4 cloves
• Ginger ½ inch
• Salt to taste
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Pepper
• Chicken small pieces ¼ kg
• Carrots, cut into small pieces 2
• Celery 2 stalks
Method
• Heat some coconut oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté.
• Add salt, a little sugar and pepper.
• Add the chicken pieces and mix well.
• Add the boiled cassava, followed by carrots and celery. Leave until cooked and the soup is ready to be served.
