Sugar Free Apple Pie Recipe for Sugar

 Sugar Free Apple Pie
Ingredients:

3 apples
125 grams of butter ( approx. ½ cup )
3 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons stevia
1 pre-made or homemade Pie Crust

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 C ( 392 degrees Fahrenheit )

Cover the bottom of the pie baking dish with the crust and set aside.

Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into thin slices.

Distribute the apple slices over the crust in the baking dish. Make sure the whole dish is covered with apple slices.

In a small pot, melt the butter. Once melted, lower the temperature and add stevia and the flour.

Do NOT let cook . Keep mixing it with a whisker until you have a creamy texture.

Pour this cream on top of the apples, make sure to distribute it evenly.

Bake for approx. 50 minutes.

Remove pie from oven and let it cool.

It is ready to serve.
