 Broccoli Mushroom Stir-Fry
 
 
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced broccoli stalks
• 2 cups thickly sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
• 2 cups bean sprouts
• 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
• 2 tsp dried thyme
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce / hoisin sauce
• Salt to taste
Method
• Boil some water in a large pan and blanch the broccoli florets, broccoli stems and mushrooms for half a minute. Drain and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the garlic and sauté for few seconds.
• Add all the remaining ingredients and sauté for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
