 Chicken Kashmiri


Ingredients

1. 1 kg chicken

2. 75g Big Onion
1 tsp Ginger minced
1 tsp Garlic minced
2 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste

3. 2 dsp Oil

4. 5g of Cardamom, Clove and Cinnamon

5. 75 g Big Onion, cut lengthwise

6. 60 g Tomato minced fine

7. 4 tsp Cashew nuts
1 dsp Raisins

Preparation

Cut chicken into medium-sized pieces
Grind ingredients under '2' well and coat over the pieces
Heat oil, add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and fry
When done, add onion cut into long strands
Sauté well until onion attains a brown colour
Add marinated chicken and sauté well
Add minced tomatoes and a little water and cook well in low flame
When gravy thickens take off from flame and garnish with fried cashewnuts and raisins
