Egg Parantha

Ingredients



• 1 egg whites

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• ½ a cup of all-purpose flour

• 1//2 a cup of water for kneading

• 1 chopped onions

• 1 tablespoon red chilli powder

• 1 chopped tomato

• 1 chopped capsicum

• A few green chillies

• Chopped fresh coriander to enhance the taste

Method

1. Heat a pan on medium-low heat and pour oil into it. Now, add chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum and stir fry it for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan- red chillies, coriander, salt and egg whites in the end.

2. Cook until the egg is fully cooked.

3. Mix all-purpose flour and water to prepare the dough.

4. Now prepare thin chapattis out of it.

5. Seal the egg mixture between two chapattis and sauté it in a pan until golden brown with a few droplets of oil on each side.

6. Your egg parantha is ready to be served hot!
