Garlic Herb Butter


Ingredients
  
 
    Salted butter - 1 cup (keep the butter @ room temp for 10-15 mins)
    Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
    Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
    Dried or fresh parsley - 1 tbsp ( I used fresh)

Instructions

    Add your butter to you mixer bowl & beat on high for several minutes using the paddle attachment (refer notes). (don't use the whip- trust me on this)
    After the butter is somewhat soft- add in your other ingredients & continue beating another several minutes.
    Transfer to an airtight container & store refrigerated as you would your regular butter.

Notes
If you dont have a mixer with paddle attachment, use a strong wooden spoon to mix.

Keep the butter @ room temp for 15- 20 mins, before using it to spread on rolls or breads.
