  Chocolate cake

 Ingredients:
Maida 300 gm
Baking powder 1.5 teaspoon
Butter 400 gm
Kissmiss 10
Powdered sugar 400 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
Egg 7
Cocoa 100 gm
Raisins 10

In a large mixing bowl, mix baking powder and maida and keep it aside. Thoroughly mix butter and sugar and add vanilla essence to it. Then add cocoa and a little water and blend it well. Add eggs one by one and stir it nicely. Add this to the maida and baking powder mixture. Pour half the contents into a greased baking pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. We can make a topping of chocolate itself.

For Topping: Melt 200 gm cooking chocolate and add the egg yolk one by one, beating continuously. Add a drop of vanilla essence and 100 gm of butter. Beat the egg whites of 4 eggs and add it slowly to the chocolate mixture until it becomes smooth. After heating the mixture spread on top and sides of the cake when warm.
