Vegetable Chappathi 
Here’s an all in one dish filled with the goodness of wheat, rich in vegetables and delightfully tasty too.
Ingredients
01. Eggs - 2
02. Carrot, finely chopped - ½  cup
03. Beans, finely chopped - ½  cup
04. Onions, finely chopped - 1
05. Green chillies, finely chopped - 2
06. Coriander leaves, finely chopped - a few
07. Cooked chappathis - 6
08. Salt - to taste

Preparation
01. Whisk the eggs. Combine it with carrot, beans, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to make a thick batter.
02. Dip the chappathis one by one in the batter, ensuring they are coated with the vegetable pieces on both sides.
03. Add the oil little by little on a hot griddle and cook the chappathis on both sides.
04. Serve hot.
