Walnut and Raisin Cake

01. Pre-heat the oven to 300°F. 02. Mix the butter and sugar well till soft and creamy. 03. Beat the eggs well in another bowl. 04. Now mix it together with the butter-sugar mixture. 05. Sieve the maida and baking powder well and add it slowly into the butter mixture along with the walnuts and raisins. 06. Pour the cake batter into a greased cake tin and bake in a pre-heated oven. 07. Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake and serve. |
