Pomfret/Avoli Fry with Vegetables
Ingredients for Pomfret/Avoli Fry with Vegetables Recipe

Pomfret(Avoli) -2 nos(washed and drained)
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Garlic - 7 cloves
Ginger - A small piece
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion(finely sliced) - 1 cup
Capsicum(sliced) - 1 cup
Carrot(sliced) - 1/4 cup
Celery(chopped) - 1/4 cup
Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
Oil - As reqd
Salt - As reqd
Preparation Method of Pomfret/Avoli Fry with Vegetables Recipe

1)For preparing pomfret/avoli fry with vegetables, first grind the following ingredients: pepper powder, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, vinegar and required salt to a fine paste.

2)Make slits on both sides and apply the ground paste evenly on both sides. Marinate for 3 hours in a refrigerator.

3)Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and fry onions, capsicum, carrot, green chillies and celery to a golden brown color.

4)Add some salt and remove the veggies from pan.

5)In another pan, heat some oil and deep fry the marinated fish until done. Remove the fried fishes from pan.

6)Place the fried pomfret in a serving dish and decorate the sides with fried veggies.

7)Pomfret/avoli fry with vegetables, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
