Jute Handicrafts Courses
Kochi: Applications are invited from Artisans practising in Jute & Allied Craft preferably belonging to Schedule Caste Category for admission to Long Term Training Courses (04 months & 3 months) and Short Term Training Courses (02 months) on Jute Handicrafts & Jute Diversified Product (JDP) to be conducted by Department Of Jute And Fibre Technology, Institute of Jute Technology, University Of Calcutta sponsored by Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) (DCH), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, New Delhi under DCH-HRD Training Programme through established Institutions.
Eligibility:
Practising Artisans in Jute & Allied handicrafts and Jute diversified Products (JDP)
Age Limit: Between 18-35 years of Age.
Application form will be available from DJFT, IJT, CU office from 11am to 4pm or this form can be downloaded from the website https://www.caluniv.ac.in or https://www.ijtindia.org
Last date of submission of Application: 16th Oct, (Friday), 2015 by 4 P.M
Walk in Interview: 30th Oct (Friday), 2015 at 12.00 Noon.
Venue of Interview: Department Of Jute and Fibre Technology, Institute of Jute Technology, University Of Calcutta, 35, BALLYGUNGE CIRCULAR ROAD,KOLKATA-700 019Admission Date : 2nd Nov-2015
Start of Training Programme: 3rd Nov 2015 for 3 and 4 months Centres at DJFT, IJT, CU.
Date of Interview and date of start of Training for 2 months courses: will be announced later.
