APJ Abdul Kalam Pearl of the School Awards presented.
Beneath the banner of Thanima Kuwait, the APJ Abdul Kalam Pearl of the School Awards for the year 2024 were presented to students from 26 Indian schools in Kuwait who have excelled in both academic and extracurricular fields. Neha Winner received the Bini Antony Memorial Award, presented to the student achieving the highest marks in the 7th grade at United Indian School.
The chief guest, Joel Jacob, Executive Admin Manager of the United Group of Schools, inaugurated the event, and the keynote address was given by Dr. Dheeraj Bharadwaj, CEO of City Group Co KSCP.
Fahad S. Al Muqayyum, a Kuwaiti student from Al Amal Indian School, is the first local student chosen as a Pearl in the history of this award. The distinguished guests in attendance awarded certificates and mementos to the winners who all got selected from more than 70,000 students from various Indian Schools.

Al-Maktoum (Al Amal Indian School) were rewarded with certificates and mementoes.
Members of Children’s Thanima, Seraphine Freddy, Amaya Ann Jogi, Angeline Rose Savio, Diya Sangeeth, and Malavika Vijesh volunteered to organize the award ceremony.
