AJP Abdul Kalam Pearl of School awards were distributed

The ceremony began with a welcome address by Onathanima Joint Convener Dominic Antony, while Onathanima Convener Binil Skaria presided over the function.

In a distinguished gathering celebrating academic brilliance and all-round excellence, Dr. Dheeraj Bhardwaj addressed the winners of the Thanima APJ Abdul Kalam Pearl of the Schools 2025 Awards.
A total of 24 exceptional students were selected from over 60,000 students across Kuwait for their outstanding performance in curriculum and co-curricular activities during the academic year 2024–25.

The 24 Pearl of the Schools – 2025 awardees are:

Dr. Bhardwaj congratulated the awardees for embodying the spirit of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam through their dedication, creativity, values, leadership, and passion for learning. He also appreciated Thanima Kuwait for fostering a culture of recognition and excellence among young learners.

Dr. Dheeraj Bhardwaj, CEO of door2door & Citylink along with Musthafa Hamza (Chairman & CEO, Metro Medical Group), Abeed Abdul Kareem (Chairman, AM Group & MD, Dubai Dubai Karak Makani), Pradeep Menon (CFO, Al Rasheed Shipping Company), Musthafa Kari (Vice President & Country Head, FLG Shipping & Logistics), Renosh Kuruvilla (Area Manager, BEC), Joel Jacob (Executive Administrator, United Indian Schools), Harshal (Malabar Gold & Diamonds), Sayeed Arif (Manko Hyper), Solly Mathew (Deputy General Manager, Gulf Bank) distributed the awards and certifications to the pearls of 2025.

Thanima Women’s wing convener Usha Dileep, Swapna Joji, Shobin Scaria, Vibi Vijesh, Sheelu Shaji, Diana Savio, Sangeeth Pampala and Lalu Punnose contributed for successful conduct of the event.

The event concluded with applause from dignitaries, educators, parents, and students, marking a proud moment in the academic landscape of Kuwait. Thanima team appreciated the valuable support and involvement of various Indian schools principals and management.
