KMWA Family Get-Together 2026 Draws Large Gathering
Karnataka Muslim Welfare Association (KMWA) successfully organized its Family Get-Together Program at Masjid Al-Kabir, Kuwait, bringing together a large number of Families, Members, and well-wishers from the Community.
The highlight of the Event was an inspiring talk by renowned speaker Mr B.S. Sharafuddin, who addressed the gathering on the Topic “Modern Challenges of Family Life & Islamic Solutions”. His insightful presentation emphasized the importance of strengthening family bonds, nurturing Islamic values, and addressing contemporary challenges faced by families in today’s rapidly changing world. The session was highly appreciated by the audience.
The program was attended by several dignitaries, including Mr Umar Falahi, President of IMA Kuwait; Mr Mohammed Salar, CEO of BITCO; and KKMA representatives Mr B M Iqbal, Mr Yusuf Rasheed, and Mr Yusuf Muniyam. Their presence added significance to the occasion and reflected the spirit of unity and cooperation among community organizations in Kuwait.
Mr Umar Falahi also addressed the gathering, appreciating the efforts of KMWA in fostering community unity and family values. He warmly welcomed the new members who had recently joined the association and encouraged them to actively participate in community initiatives and welfare activities.
As part of the event, prizes, gifts, and certificates were distributed to the winners and participants of the KMWA Ramadan Online Quiz Competition 2026.
KMWA President Mr Jameel Ahamed expressed his sincere gratitude to the IMA Markaz leadership, especially Mr Rafath, Mr Waleed Umri, and Mr Jafar Sadiq, for extending their wholehearted support towards the successful conduct of the program. He also thanked the distinguished Guests, Members, Volunteers, and attendees for their valuable contribution and participation.
The association further acknowledged the efforts of the organizing committee and volunteers, including Program Convenor Mr Abdulnaser Khan (Former President, KMWA), Program Coordinator Mr Irshad Kudroli, Mr Atheeq Bayazeed, Mr Mohammed Rameez, Mr Mohammed Waseem (General Secretary), Mr Adnan Tonse, Mr. Amerruddin and Media Team members Mr. Tanveer and Mr. Imam Baksh, whose dedication and teamwork ensured the smooth and successful execution of the event.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by KMWA President Mr. Jameel Ahamed, followed by dinner and fellowship. The event left participants with valuable lessons on family life, a stronger sense of community bonding, and a renewed commitment to upholding Islamic values in their daily lives.
