Social awareness, education, and life's struggles have led women to shed their inhibitions. Great women leaders, artists, scientists, and other professional women have inspired other women to overcome social and personal obstacles.

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage. At this 21 st century; women are well determined, resourceful, engaging, ambitious, and confident! Many corporate HR hunts for women candidates preferably as they are known for their sincerity, capability and also admired for their multi tasking talents.

It is a common scene in our society that women studying or working abroad,  but Nisha sounds new that a lady runs a Civil Contract Company in an alien place.  Naseem Al Rihab Gen ltd Company, Kuwait is functioned and administered by its Managing Director, Ms Nisha. The Company functions with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction work sections successfully.

Ms. Nishahails from Pattanamtitta, in Kerala. Her father, Rahim Rauther was running a garment business small way. Nisha completed her graduation and also  course on  Health care. Through her known source she got an visa to come to kuwait  expecting  job in a hospital. But after arrival only she came to know  her  visa  is No:20   

Just then she had landed Kuwait handling many financial and emotional trauma at her motherland! She explained her sponsor that she cannot be employed for household purpose. She was fortunate that the sponsor permitted her to work outside and she joined as a secretary in a cargo Company.

Later she joined MATRIX Construction as Executive Secretary and worked for 4 years. During this tenure, she got the overall exposure about construction business which gave a big turning point in her life.

Ms. Nisha planned to start a Company on her own. The support from near and dears motivated to move further but still faced many hardships on the track. She considered her failures as experience moved forward with confidence. She initiates personally on all transactions in order to rectify mistakes.

Ms. Nisha is the soul bread winner of the family which challenges her to work hard to reach the goal. Self motivation and her positive attitude drives her to attain success in her career.
