Mr. Subramanian is the Managing Partner of Power House LLC and the General Manager of Al Bashaer Technical Services LLC in Oman. These companies are well reputed and provide services in the areas of mega Electrical works, infrastructure, cable, transfer etc.
Subramanian belongs to a well known Rajus family and hails from Rajapalayam. Even though the family owned many acres of land, he was subject to poverty and suffering due to insufficient income from agriculture. Hoping that things would change if he pursued education, Mr Subramanian joined PACR Polytechnic in Rajapalayam by the help of Mr.P.R.Ramasubramania raja Managing Director of Ramco Group of Companies and completed his diploma in Electrical engineering in 1985.
However, things remained the same and was unable to get a decent job for nearly two years. Help came in the form of his well wisher Mr.Sakhtivel in 1987, employed in Ministry of Electricity and Water as Director of Planning in Oman , who made arrangements for Mr Subramanian to move to Oman. The next couple of years was no different and he continued to suffer since the salary was very low and that payment came once in 6 months.
Working abroad was a proud factor which deterred Mr Subramanian to return to India. His inner determination to succeed and willingness to learn helped him to overcome the sufferings of lack of proper food and inadequate housing facilities. Due to this, he learned a lot in his field.
Victory was soon knocking at his doorsteps. It came in the form of a job in National Electrical Services LLC under the auspices of Mr.K.R.Surendra raja Managing Director of Abu Hatim Group of Companies. Subramanian achieved the position of Electrical Engineer in seven and half years and rose to the position of General Manager in the next seven years in another firm Volt Electrical & Mechanical services LLC. Mr Subramanian established his own companies, Al Bashaer Technical Services LLC in 2002 and Power House LLC in 2008.
Both companies have the proud distinction of undertaking and successfully completing high risk and challenging jobs which has enabled Subramanian to scale greater heights. With this achievement, Subramanian returned to India after 4 and half years to ensure that his 3 younger brothers were provided advice to achieve greater heights and success in life.
Mr.T.V.Alagaraja former CEO of Industrial Bank of Oman and DGM of Bank Muscat who is currently in Dubai inspired Mr.Subramanian for Social status and lifestyle.
On several occasions, he had to undertake rides by helicopter over mountainous terrain to get things done. Though highly risky, the single determination to succeed pushed him to endure pain and sufferings. Subramanian cherishes his wife Krishnaveni alias Kasirajam as his asset and an inspiration to his success. Her approach and valuable advice to carry out tasks without hesitation will bring success has proved true on numerous occasions. Being a social type, she wants to help the down trodden and constantly prods him to give more to the helpless and poor.
An avid traveller, Subramanian travels to various countries with his family on holiday seeing truth in the saying, " all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." He attests that travel has enabled him to learn more about people, lifestyles and various cultures.
Subramanian states that India is very rich and has high potential and that it is sad that we Indians do not realise that. Few other nations in this world take steps to grow even without the potential of India. It is time we sit up and take notice and unleash the full potential of our country, he adds.
Subramanian is proud to state that he owns an apartment and is one of the occupants in the world's tallest tower located in Dubai, the Princess Tower.
Subramanian and his company are well known and well reputed in Oman. People respect him and seek his valuable advice on many matters. He finally adds that, " Kuwait has tremendous business potential and steps are being taken to operate as an Indian company in Kuwait."
