Mr. Iftakhar hails from Makrana, near Pink City Jaipur, Rajasthan. His father was dealing with marble and mining business. Self motivation as well as financial stress in the family made Mr. Iftakhar to work hard with his academics. After his graduation in Commerce, he did his post graduation from Sydenham College in Mumbai.

He joined his article ship with Chhajed and Doshi  Company, completed C.A. in 1976. He also secured All India Rank in Charted Accountantancy  and took charge of the same C.A. firm for a period of one year .

He migrated to Kuwait in 1977, to work as an accountant and later promoted as an internal auditor for Fawaz refrigeration & Air cond. Co. ( A part of al-Hassawi group ) and served there for eight years. In 1985, he joined Bader Al Mulla as an Accounts & Admin. Controller and served for ten long years. In 1997, he joined Alwazzan Holding group as Finance Manager and later he was promoted as Chief  Finance Controller of this group.

Al-Wazzan Holding Group is one of a leading business group in Kuwait having its operations in Gulf, Middle East and Europe in the field of Investment, Construction,  Hospitality, Education and Retail business. Some its group co’s are listed on the Kuwait stock exchange. Its construction co. has accomplished large infrastructure, Building construction and specialized projects in Kuwait and abroad.

He showers gratitude towards his boss Mr. Chhajed who inspired him for his dedication for work. He learnt the professional techniques and actions from his superior which moulded him as a true professional person. Sincerity and humbleness are considered to be his strength. Deep analysis to the problem makes him to solve without much hindrance. He never hesitates to take professionals guidance to make his decisions wiser. He also believes in team spirit for his success.

Mr. Iftakhar believes that service to society should be beyond any discrimination. Respecting humans of any caste or creed will spread peace around the world. Peace leads to happiness all around. Playing Tennis is his passion. Mrs. Khursheeda Iftakhar is the back bone of the family. She motivates the family by all means to attain their individual goals. The couple is blessed with three children.

The elder son Irfan Ahmed is working in Canada after completing his Post graduation in nuclear field and the second son Imran Ahmed has done his Masters in Environmental Sciences. Their daughter,  Salma Iftakhar has done her B.sc. (Hon.) in Life Sciences and B.Ed. and she is a Science teacher in American Curriculum School , who was  also educated in Kuwait and Canada.

Serve for the needy is his goal in life.
