Technical Skills

• Implementation and Troubleshooting experience in SAP SD/MM functionalities: Master Data, Account groups, Pre-sales , Inquiry and Quotation, Sales, Shipping, complex F&A Pricing, Transportation, Foreign Trade, Billing, Sales Support, credit management, Account assignment, Purchase contracts, pricing, GR/IR, Integration of SAP with 3rd party interfaces, SAP integration via different communication methods, LSMW and master data upload.
• IS Oil is to cover the Nominations and ticketing for different processes (sales, purchase, stock transfers for pipeline and vessel operations), SPW, 3PW, Berth Planning Board, relevant TW master data, SAP TSW integration with other modules, HPM, SILO management, TD.
• Training / support end users; in order to ensure effectiveness, stability, reliability, availability and high performance of business applications, and enhance operational capability. Leads or participates in system implementation or upgrade projects.

Planning Engineer ( Roles and responsibilities )

- Establish Planning, Scheduling & reporting procedure, and update/ revise same as required.
- Review ITB, study scope & milestone/ completion requirements and prepare WBS, Bid Schedule, Milestone Schedule, Manpower & Equipment histograms for current & future bids.
- Contribute in preparation of offer basis and execution plan for on-going & future bids.
- Coordinate with Field Planning Engineer and oversees planning, scheduling & reporting activities on project.
- Coordinate with Field Planning Engineer and guide to ensure that Project baseline schedule, Resource mobilization plans, Reporting formats/ frequency are finalized in accordance with Agreement.
- Review project schedule & reporting documents and provide comments for incorporation prior to submission to client.
- Review & oversee the progress of project, deployment & utilization of resources and any deviation from baseline.
- Review efficiency, earned value, SPI & other KPI on project.
- Review any changes in scope on project and incorporation of same in project schedule.
- Make periodic site visits to check & support proper functioning of planning activities.
- Consolidates progress status for all on-going projects; and presents to Project Control Manager/ Sr. Management.
- Complies with ISO-9000, 14000 & OHSAS 18000 requirements pertaining to Planning functions; and attend certification/ surveillance audit.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Basic Salary : 100 KWD + Bonus

Candidate Qualifications:

1) Preferable for North Indians candidates who has entry level experience as “Delivery Staff” in online Food/Hotel/General Courier.
2) Standard educational qualifications – 10th/12th Class preferable (to avoid ECR Issues).
3) Need to have exceptional driving skills along with an ability to navigate.
4) Should have valid “MC with gear” license from native place / Clean Driving record.
5) Should have Passport (with minimum 3year validity), medically Fit & clear Police record (PCC).
