English Exhibition At IISM
IISM ORGANISES LINGUATORIUM
Experimenting with English Language skills and showcasing of the same has always been welcomed with open arms at IISM. Be it in house or inter school activities or competitions, all quests are applauded with much pomp and show. The appreciation and acknowledgement took to centre stage culminating as 'LINGUATORIUM', a mashup of literary creativities at its best. 28 January was set to present winning streaks of its endeavored journey in the academic year 2016- 2017.
The program order was hosted by students across grades I to VIII displaying and depicting cultural agenda of storytelling, elocution, one act play, recitation, choral recitation, declamation, ballet, pantomime, songs and mad ads including anchoring. The artistic point of view of the show was students’ performance, costume and stage presence and management.
Trophies, mementos, certificates, informative placards, prize winning charts, handmade props, budding write-ups, cartoon frameworks, scholarly projects and photographs of special moments were the exhibits that held the hallways engaging.
As a part of 'Parents Teachers Meet', the show garnered good turnout of audience and applause kept performances upbeat. Ms. Aqeela Ahmed and Ms. Megha Suresh were the smart masters of ceremony.
School Director Mr. Malayil Moosa Koya, Principal Mr. F M Basheer Ahmed and the Sr.Vice Principal Mrs. Narinder Kaur appreciated and congratulated all the participants and faculty. Mrs. Sophy John-Vice Principal Junior Section, Mrs. Reeja Santhosh-HOD, Department of English and Mrs. Feroza, CCA in charge were the reckoning force behind the grinding hard work and grand finale.
