PRE-PRIMARY SPARKLES IN RAINBOW COLOURS

Colours play very important role in our lives. Colours Day was celebrated in The Indian Community School Kuwait, Amman on Thursday 10^th May, 2018. Children of Pre-Primary came dressed up in rainbow colours red, blue, yellow, pink, green, orange, purple, black and white.

Red is associated with energy and determination whereas orange is associated with joy and happiness. Yellow is the color of sunshine. Green symbolizes growth and harmony. Blue signifies trust and wisdom. Purple symbolizes power and ambition. Pink represents friendship and affection. White is associated with purity whereas Black is associated with power.

The day was of great fun for the children since it helped them to identify and differentiate various colours and to talk and think how colours enhance and influence their lives.

The class rooms were beautifully decorated with different colours by the teachers.

Principal Mr. Rajesh Nair. C praised the efforts of the children and appreciated the little children enjoying as well as learning through activities. Vice Principal Dr. Mary Isaac visited all the class rooms.
